Admission Cancellation Policy
Effective for the Academic Year 2026–2027
  1. Purpose

    This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation or withdrawal of admissions for new and rollover (existing) students. It also specifies the applicable fees, refund eligibility, and settlement of dues.

  2. Scope

    This policy applies to:

    1. All new admissions for the Academic Year 2026–2027.
    2. All rollover students continuing from the previous academic year.
  3. Withdrawal and Cancellation for New Admissions

    3.1 Fee Deductions Based on Date of Withdrawal

    1. Withdrawal on or before 31 December 2025
      • The Admission Fee will not be refunded.
      • The balance amount, if any, will be refunded.
    2. Withdrawal between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026
      • Admission Fee + One Month Tuition Fee will be deducted.
    3. Withdrawal after 1 April 2026
      • Admission Fee + One Month Tuition Fee + Notice Fee equivalent to One Month Tuition Fee will be deducted.
    4. Withdrawal after the student has attended Day 1 of the new academic session
      • Admission Fee + One Month Tuition Fee + Term Fee + Notice Fee (One Month Tuition Fee) will be deducted.
    5. Withdrawal after 1 May 2026
      • No refund of School Fees or Admission Fee will be provided under any circumstances.
  4. Withdrawal for Rollover (Existing) Students
    1. If three month’s written notice is not provided prior to withdrawal, an additional one month’s tuition fee will be deducted as a Notice Fee.
    2. If the student has attended at least one day of school during the term:
      • The Term Fee is non-refundable.
  5. Settlement of Dues and Release of Leaving Certificate
    • In cases where parents have outstanding dues, including those arising from this policy, the school shall withhold the issuance of the Leaving Certificate until all amounts have been fully settled.
  6. Final Provisions
    • The school reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy in alignment with administrative requirements.
    • This policy may be updated or amended as deemed necessary by the school management.
